Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

South Calera Towing (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on southcaleratowing.com and when you contact us, how we use it and the choices you have.

• Information you give us – when you request a tow or send a message: your name, phone number, e-mail, where you or your vehicle are, details about the vehicle and the problem, and photos you attach.
• Your location, only if you choose to share it – where available, the “Find my location” button reads your phone’s position in your browser (after your browser asks you) and shows it to you, or puts a map link into the request form. It reaches us only if you send that form or a message yourself.
• Information collected automatically – basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate device type) that do not identify you. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect additional usage data.

• To answer your request, find you, perform the tow or roadside service and give you a receipt.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example website hosting and e-mail delivery), with your insurance company when you ask us to, when required by law, or with your consent.

Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work. Analytics cookies are used only as described in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

We keep requests and customer records as long as needed for our work and legal obligations, and we protect them with reasonable technical and organizational measures.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Call us at (205) 668-0298 or write to South Calera Towing, 1090 14th St, Calera, AL 35040.
